Our Team

Our entire team is dedicated to helping people find hope and healing. We believe everyone deserves to be accepted wherever they are in their walk of life fostering a greater sense of empowerment.

Native to Lehigh Valley, Esther enjoys spending time outdoors riding her bike in addition to figure skating. Inspired by her own personal journey navigating mental health illness, Esther quickly developed a deep passion to act and do something greater to help others. This planted seed continued to grow with her through college, leading her to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University. Today, Esther is on a mission to continue to help others be the best version of themselves physically and mentally.

Katie is originally native to the Lehigh Valley and currently lives in Berks County with her two young daughters. Her family is her focus, and she enjoys baking, sewing, adventuring outdoors and simple family ‘adventures’. Professionally, Katie brings her various business experiences to Petals 4 Hope and serves as the treasure. Katie sees her position more deeply as her connection to the vision for Petals for Hope is very personal. As she stated in a recent conversation “Awareness and support for mental health education is needed – for ourselves, my friends and coworkers, our families,

ourselves, my daughters, our ENTIRE community.”

Colleen grew up in Massachusetts and currently lives in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Throughout her life, she has always tried to make her work something meaningful, from conservation work with AmeriCorps, to raising money for Habitat for Humanity, to her current job working with prescribed fire for the US Forest Service. Outside of work, she spends her time gardening, raising chickens, and being outdoors with her husband and dogs. After losing a relative to mental illness several years ago, she is excited to be part of the Petals 4 Hope team. Colleen hopes to give everyone the chance to experience the healing power of nature and beauty while also supporting the important work of local
